About Stephen
Stephen Joffer is the Executive Director of the Freedom51 Foundation, where he leads strategic partnerships to promote the life-changing freedom found in Christ. A dynamic communicator and thoughtful leader, Stephen brings a unique blend of business acumen, ministry experience, and generational legacy to everything he does.
As a sixth-generation member of the Jelly Belly candy family, Stephen co-founded a company with his brothers as a continuation of their family’s entrepreneurial legacy. After the family business was sold, Stephen transitioned into full-time ministry and nonprofit leadership to impact lives with the hope of the gospel.
Stephen has spoken at conferences, churches, and gatherings across the country, sharing stories that weave together faith, leadership, and identity. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Biola University (Magna Cum Laude, Epsilon Kappa Epsilon Honor Society), and is completing his Master’s in Theology at Talbot School of Theology.
With a background that includes serving as a middle school and young adult pastor, as well as a teaching team member at a local church, Stephen is passionate about raising up gospel-centered leaders. He is based in Franklin, Tennessee, and when he’s not speaking or studying, you’ll likely find him fly fishing, reading, or on the golf course.
